TELFORD LAUNDRY offers a real alternative in these changing times. We operate a multi shift operation and can cope with even the largest of hotels of over 300 bedrooms.Telford Laundry suffered a devastating fire in January 2008. As a result, it relocated and re equipped. It now has two x 4 roll ironing lines , 8 washer extractors and a tunnel batch washer. Current laundry production in January 2009 is circa 30 tonnes per week. Service stability and security is guaranteed via TELFORD LAUNDRY·s membership of the National Laundry Group. This was extensively tested and proven following the 2009 fire .Via NLG, TELFORD LAUNDRY looks after local/regional accounts of national hotel chains & other multi sited customers across the UK. In excess of 40 independent laundries have come together to provide a real national alternative to the dwindling list of major laundry groups. Whilst still retaining their independence, the NLG provides a national, cohesive platform and a unified approach from each & every member laundry. As well as other NLG members, TELFORD LAUNDRY works with two other regional/national laundries providing local service for national chain customers in the Midlands and Wales areas.Although TELFORD LAUNDRY is a specialist in hospitality linen and catering workwear, services via NLG members include laundry, dry cleaning, linen hire, workwear rental, floor mats rental & washroom services. Other family interests include Woody·s One Man Band.
